This is something you'd hear in the movies as warriors and soldiers alike go fighting in an endless battle with no victor, just one loser who claims victor. I see a young mans face as he looks at the slaughter he voluntarily approaches so his loved ones don't have to. As he sees the men and women he used to call friends charge ahead and are ripped to shreds by the "enemy" he realizes war will never stop. And on the "enemy's" side you see a "man" perhaps not older than 17 who regrettably volunteered as well to fight the "good" fight and now suddenly realizes what he has truly done. These two boys simply walk into the hell fire, not even blinking as they slowly meet they see that they aren't enemies. Instead they both say the same thing. "Brother?" As I see this in my mind as if it were really happening I realize myself that I'm just sitting here listening to a beautiful song. This is how i interpret this song, I hope I'm the only one who shares this scene of tragedy. I hope you all visualize something happier. Something peaceful.
